Service visit includes:

• Service call out and 1 hour of labour for one our service partners specialist service technicians to diagnose and repair your slush machine

• Replacement spare parts charged as extra
• Available business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from 09.00 to 17.00 each day
• A travel charge of $110.00 will apply if your location is more than 60km and less than 160km outside a State Capital City
• A travel charge of $190.00 will apply if your location is more than 160km and less than 280km outside a State Capital City
• A travel charge of $460.00 will apply if your location is more than 280km and less than 600km outside a State Capital City
• Locations more than 600km outside a State Capital City are not covered
